Hi! I'm Robyn, a camp director for the past 25 years, based in Toronto. 

In 2017, I was looking for a way to motivate both my staff and campers in a way that would be meaningful and not end up in a shoe box or worse in the garbage! I wanted something that they could look at and be reminded of the fun of camp, and their personal accomplishments, when they went back to school at the end of their weeks with us. 

Radtagz was born from my own challenge to create something that was affordable, durable and that would drive spirit and community. I also wanted something that would be one size fits all, and worn all year long!

As a Camp Director I could count on two truths: bracelets are synonymous with summer camp, and people love positive recognition and a sense of belonging.

I tested Radtagz at my camp and it was instantly a hit!! Not only were the campers and staff loving the aesthetic, they were motivated to earn their tags and collect more!

Additional testing was done at other camps, and we all saw the additional profits that could be earned. It works! Campers and staff love it, parents are happy to pay for it.
