Hi! I'm Robyn, a camp director for the past 25 years, based in Toronto. I am co-owner of Adventure Valley Day Camp.

In 2016, I was looking for a way to motivate both my staff and campers in a way that would be meaningful and not end up in a shoe box or worse in the garbage! I wanted something that they could look at and be reminded of the fun of camp, and their personal accomplishments, when they went back to school at the end of their weeks with us. 

Durable. Campy. Colorful. Fun. Motivating. Branded. Adjustable (to fit all my campers ages!). 

Radtagz was born from my own challenge to create something that was affordable and that would drive spirit and community for our camp. As Camp Directors
we can count on these two truths: bracelets are synonymous with summer camp, and kids & staff love positive recognition.

I tested Radtagz at my camp and it was incredibly well received!! Not only were the campers and staff loving the aesthetic, they were motivated to earn their tags!

In those first few years we gave our bracelets away, and sold collectible tags in our camp store to cover some of the cost.  We had it all wrong!!!

Covid made us rethink how we used Radtagz.  And the results were brilliant!! We were able to pre-sell our bracelets before camp even started at $10 each, so they more than paid for themselves, the margin was big enough that it ultimately paid for the cost of the tags we gave away too!  We now had a camp award and recognition program that paid for itself.

Now a legacy program, campers EARN, COLLECT and ADD TAGs EVERY SUMMER!

Additional testing was done at other camps, and we all saw the additional profits that could be earned. It works! Campers and Staff love it, Parents are happy to pay for it.

With a proven model, tested and successful, I'm ready to bring Radtagz to your camp too! I know what really works and how best to deliver it.  I'd like to see it as successful for you as it has been for me!
